Refund Policy

1. General Principle

All payments for FastShare.id services (Drive, S3, CDN, Dock) are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, except for the limited exceptions stated below.

2. Applies to All Products

This no-refund policy applies to subscriptions (Drive, Dock), usage-based services (S3, CDN), credit/top-up purchases, and payments via iPaymu, PayPal, Crypto, or Voucher. By making a payment, you agree that funds are non-refundable.

3. Limited Exceptions

A refund or correction is only considered where: (a) you were charged more than once for the same transaction; or (b) a paid service could not be delivered at all due to an FSI technical fault we cannot remedy within a reasonable time.

4. Not Eligible

No refunds for change of mind, forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal, partial usage, account suspension due to Terms violations, disruptions beyond our control (force majeure, third-party networks, power outages), or containers/data removed due to expiry.

5. Beta Status

FastShare.id is in Beta. Services are provided as-is. No specific uptime guarantee applies at this stage.
